These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RSAAIDrive website and any related content (the "Site"), operated by RSAAID Holdings Corporation and its subsidiary RSAAIDrive LLC ("RSAAIDrive," "we," "us"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Site is informational

RSAAIDrive is a platform in active development. The Site provides information about our forthcoming product and an early-access registration form. Nothing on the Site is a binding offer of services, employment, or any independent-contractor relationship.

2. Early-access registration

If you submit your name and email to our early-access list, you consent to be contacted about the launch and related updates. You may unsubscribe at any time. Registration does not guarantee access, pricing, or any particular benefit at launch.

3. No securities offer

No content on the Site constitutes an offer to sell or a solicitation to buy securities. Any securities offering is made solely under Regulation D, Rule 506(c) to verified accredited investors through definitive offering documents.

4. Intellectual property

The RSAAIDrive name, the AIDA name, logos, and all Site content are owned by RSAAID Holdings Corporation and protected by applicable law. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use automated means to harvest data.

6. Disclaimers

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Features, fees, timelines, and availability described are subject to change without notice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSAAIDrive shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
